NORPOLAR (Northern Polish Lake Research)

is the result of an agreement between Ministry of Science and Higher Education (Poland) and Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (Germany). The agreement offers the opportunity to cooperate in the form of joint research programme which will be supported in the years 2007-2010.
NORPOLAR is based on the bilateral cooperation between Department of Geomorphology & Quaternary Geology (Gdańsk University) and GEOPOLAR (Bremen University). The programme is coordinated by dr Wojciech Tylmann and Prof. Bernd Zolitschka.
